If you have any questions about any of the following policies, feel free to discuss them with either the Committee Chairman or the Scoutmaster. The Committee Chairman is responsible for policies which are administrative in nature and the Scoutmaster is responsible for policies dealing with the program. Administrative Policies - Developed by the Parents' CommitteeFuel Reimbursement Policy. This policy specifies how much reimbursement drivers get (and participants are charged) for transportation by car to troop functions. Non-Sufficient Funds Policy. This is the troop's policy in dealing with the situation whereby it receives "bad checks" from its families. Scout Account Policy. This policy governs use and operation of the troop "Scout Accounts". These are virtual accounts maintained by the troop whereby scouts earn money through fundraisers (esp. the annual popcorn sale) and have that money put into their virtual Scout Accounts. This money is then available to that scout for spending on certain scouting-related expenses. Web Use Policy. This policy governs certain issues such as privacy on this web site. Program Policies - Developed by the Scoutmaster
