The Popcorn Kernel:

1. Participates in Council activities regarding the annual Fall Popcorn sale
2. Recommends to the Parents' Committee goals and incentives for individual scouts
3. Collects forms, orders and arranges for pickup of product
4. Maintains records for all participating individuals
5. Reports to the Parents' Committee before/during/after the completion of the sale
