| Coordinates relationship between a Life Scout and his Eagle Mentor |
| Maintains the inventory of embroidered troop scarves. |
| Reports to the Parents' Committee |
| Reports to Program Leadership concerning scout progress (or lack there of)
and makes recommendations |
